Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
